NAME         top

       gnutls_x509_ext_export_basic_constraints - API function

SYNOPSIS         top

       #include <gnutls/x509-ext.h>

       int gnutls_x509_ext_export_basic_constraints(unsigned int ca, int
       pathlen, gnutls_datum_t * ext);

ARGUMENTS         top

       unsigned int ca
                   non-zero for a CA

       int pathlen The path length constraint (set to -1 for no
                   constraint)

       gnutls_datum_t * ext
                   The DER-encoded extension data; must be freed using
                   gnutls_free().

DESCRIPTION         top

       This function will convert the parameters provided to a basic
       constraints DER encoded extension (2.5.29.19).  The  ext data will
       be allocated using gnutls_malloc().

RETURNS         top

       On success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative
       error value.
